Returns statements for a specific patient.

date

This is an Optional Date in the format lastUpdated=gtDATE, lastUpdated=eqDATE and _lastUpdated=leDATE in the format yyyy-mm-dd

Filter by clipboard section, in the form identifier=condition-type|. Valid codes: PROB (Problem List, default if this param is omitted), PMC, Ocular, EAADH, EAASH, GYHP, GYNCH, GYNBH, MSHDH, MSHSH, PDDH, PDSH, PLSH, SKDH — see the Condition page for what each code means. An unrecognized code returns an error (unlike create, where an unrecognized/missing code silently falls back to Problem List instead of erroring).
